Juniors
Our
"Juniors" program is structured for children approximately
8-15 years of age. Martial arts training can be very
beneficial for children for all the same reasons that we've
listed for adults. Special focus in our instruction is
given to building confidence and self-esteem, and, avoidance
of conflict.
